1. Pre Placement Work Assessments. Ramsey Rehab works with local companies to provide Pre Placement Work Assessments. Are your new employees ready to physically handle the work you hired them for? How much money could you save on Workers Compensation, Disability and lost time at work? How much could you save on your insurance by adding a pre placement screening program.
2. Site Surveys. Let us come in and perform a site survey to make specific risk assessments that we will keep your employees healthy. It is amazing what a few slight edge changes can do to your employees overall health and safety.
3. On Site Exercise Programs. What if you could get your clients working out while at work? We see patient after patient come into our offices. We preach exercise as a way to maintain good health and fitness. Their response many times is, "I work too hard while I am at work. I'm too tired when I get home." By having them work out with work specific stretches or work specific exercises, you will have stronger employees who can handle more activities because they are helping to strengthen their bodies through exercise, not break it down by work activities.
4. Physical Therapy Services. These are offered in both our Leominster and Fitchburg offices, with appointments available for getting in your employees within 24 hours from the initial call. We accept most Medical Insurance plans and all Workers' Compensation carriers. Getting your employees in as soon as possible, getting them treated efficiently and getting them back to work are why we produce "Superior Results without the Wait."
5. Pool Therapy Services. The effects of water on the body can be tremendous. Our heated pool allows for quicker recovery time. Buoyancy allows the body to recover faster with less stress. This leads to improved results by improving the overall strength of each client faster. Earlier treatment will allow your employee to return to work faster.
